Oakland woman warns neighbors after evading potential carjacker

Devin Fehely speaks with an Oakland resident about a nerve-wracking experience from Saturday, when she said she was followed for miles by another vehicle in what she believes was an attempted to track her down and carjack her. Now she wants to warn her neighbors about what to do if the same thing happens to them.
