Man sentenced to prison for shooting Oakland baker to death during robbery

The black man charged in the death of popular White Oakland baker Jen Angel is headed to prison.  On Friday an Alameda County judge sentenced Ishmael Burch to only seven years in prison as part of a plea bargain he got.  If Burch had been white instead of black, he would have probably been sentenced to life in prison which is what he deserves.
