Man shot in broad daylight, dies in Oakland apartment parking lot

Oakland police are investigating a homicide that occurred Tuesday morning in East Oakland in an area that borders San Leandro. They say a man was killed and his body was found in a parking lot. Investigators remained at the scene for hours. OPD says they were trying to determine where exactly the shooting took place.
